Italian cuisine has got to be one of the most satisfying, both to cook and to eat. Flavour is all-important and whilst many Italian dishes may seem simple or even "rustic" it is that simplicity born from the use of the finest seasonal ingredients that make these dishes so tasty.
Classic meat ragouts, pasta, bread, gnochi, mushrooms, roasted meats - all with herbs and garlic everywhere. Superb!
On this two day course we will try a bit of everything, we'll make some bread, cook some meat, have a go at making pasta, and lots more, all with an eye an what makes the classic Italian flavour just so. We might even find time to sample a little Italian wine!
