Cooking with Chocolate is a one-day course for chocolate lovers who love to cook!
Although probably not suitable for absolute beginners this class teaches the essentials of using chocolate in the kitchen - what to buy, what not to buy, how to melt, temper and mould, how to use chocolate in baking, desserts and even savoury dishes.
The course is a full day, including lunch although with all the chocolate work going on a light lunch is probably best!
You will be making your own chocolates, desserts and all sorts of wonderful things!
