This course will take you through the pitfalls of cooking on a tight budget, ensuring there is no waste and that you still get to eat really well. You’ll get stuck in cooking some great tasting, nutritious dishes that will be the envy of your classmates.
We’ll spend time looking at dishes that will save you time without having to resort to ready meals – fast food needn’t be junk food. We will look at the basics you should have on the shelf so that you can always knock up a meal.
We’ll even have fun planning menus you can cook for your friends that will leave them awestruck but not break the bank.
The only downside is you might be the one who always does the cooking – but then maybe the others always get to do the washing up. I know which I’d rather do!
